Diamond Package Includes:

  • 60 Minute Zoom Coaching Session

  • ​​​3 Follow Up Support Phone Calls Over 14 days
  • Daily WhatsApp message support for 14 days (messages will be answered once daily, Mon-Sat).

Sleep Rescue Package includes:

  • Sleep questionnaire
  • Sleep Rescue Plan
  • 30min Zoom consultation
  • 14 days of follow up support including daily sleep log monitoring and 2 follow up phone calls

 

In-home packages

In-home package upgrades are available on all packages. If added to a package, in-home consultation and coaching replaces the 60min Zoom consultation. In-home consultation and coaching is available in 1 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour and 12 hour durations. Longer durations are available on request and at the discretion of Calm Nights.

 

Support Period

The support period for sleep packages starts on the day after your Zoom or In-home Coaching Session and will finish in:

Gold Package – 14 days intensive support

Rescue Package – 14 days intensive support

Platinum Package – 21 days intensive support

Diamond Package – 21 days intensive support + 21 days follow-up support

 

Follow up phone calls/Zoom

Follow up phone calls/Zoom will be scheduled during your support period. Three hours notice is required if you need to shift a scheduled phone call. If three hours notice is not given, that phone call/Zoom will not be rescheduled.

 

Rescheduling your 60 Minute Zoom Coaching Session or In-home Coaching Session

Once booked, your 60 Minute Zoom Coaching Session or In-home Coaching Session can be rescheduled within 7 days of your original booking. 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule your 60 Minute Zoom Coaching Session or In-home Coaching Session, all schedule changes are at the discretion of Calm Nights and subject to availability.

If you need to reschedule your 60 Minute Zoom Coaching Session or In-home Coaching Session greater than 7 days from your appointed date a $150 fee will apply. 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule your 60 Minute Zoom Coaching Session or In-home Coaching Session, all schedule changes are at the discretion of Calm Nights and subject to availability.

 

Pausing a Sleep Package

For up to 14 days

After your Zoom Coaching Session or In-home Coaching Session has been completed, your Sleep Package can be paused for up to 14 days if unforeseen circumstances arise. All package pauses are at the discretion of Calm Nights and all rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

For longer than 14 days

Before you restart you Sleep Package a new questionnaire will need to be completed and the sleep plan adjusted and a phone call scheduled prior to restarting the Sleep Package. A $150 fee will apply.

 

Sleep Log Monitoring

The online sleep log is used to track changes in your child’s sleep habits and patterns. Sleep log will be checked daily (Mon – Sat), please leave any additional comments in the log that you feel will help my understanding of your child/children’s sleep and factors that may have impacted upon it. Completing the log daily will ensure that I have all the details to give you the best possible advice. If this log is not completed daily, I will not be able to provide you with the feedback necessary to improve your child/children’s sleep.

 

Office Hours:

Sleep logs and WhatsApp messages will be checked daily Monday to Saturday. I will not be available on Sundays as this is our family day.

 

Medical:

Client agrees to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations. Current SIDS safe sleeping guidelines for Australia are available at https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/sudden-infant-death-syndrome-sids (Link downloaded 17.12.2023)

Client agrees to check with their General Practitioner/Medical Doctor to ensure that their child has no medical conditions which prevent them from safely participating in the program.

Client agrees to disclose any medical condition at the beginning and throughout the program.

This advice is NOT intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health practitioner regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis.

 

Payment and Cancellations:

Cancellation of Sleep Package

  • For cancellations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled Zoom or In-home Coaching Session date a $250 cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.
  • For cancellations greater than 48 hours prior to scheduled Zoom or In-home Coaching Session date a $150 cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.
  • If a Sleep Package is cancelled before the Zoom or In-home Coaching Session has taken place you will not receive a Personalised Sleep Plan/Handbook.
  • Refunds will not be given once a Zoom or In-home Coaching Session has taken place.

 

Downgrade of Sleep Package

  • Sleep Packages can be downgraded up until 48 hours prior to scheduled Zoom or In-home Coaching Session.
  • If you wish to downgrade your Sleep Package a $150 plan change fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.

Sleep Packages cannot be downgraded within 48 hours of the Zoom or In-home Coaching Session or after it has taken place.

 

Upgrade of Sleep Package

  • You can upgrade your Sleep Package at any time. The difference between the price of your current package and the price of the new package will be due immediately.

 

Your Plan:

Your customized sleep plan is intended specifically for your child based on the answers provided in the questionnaire. It should not be shared with a third party as a sleep plan for another child.

Any changes you make to your baby’s sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision. We are only making recommendations for the best interests of your child.

 

General Conditions

While Calm Nights will be providing you with guidance, direction and sleep training/shaping materials, such a role is advisory and not of actually doing the activity itself. You will be primarily accountable for producing the results during the sleep training/shaping period, in this way Calm Nights seeks to educate, train and motivate you in order to help you manage your child’s sleep effectively.

If you are not fully satisfied with the services you have received (at any stage) we expect you to let us know at the first available point, so we can work with you to rectify your concerns.

Recording Phone Calls and Zoom Sessions

At Calm Nights, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients, and to ensure the quality of our interactions, we may record phone calls and Zoom sessions for training, quality assurance, and coaching purposes. These recordings are intended to assist our team in improving our communication and service delivery. If, however, you do not wish for your phone call or Zoom session to be recorded, we kindly ask that you notify Calm Nights in writing at hayley@calmnights.com.au. Your privacy and preferences are important to us, and we will respect your request accordingly.

Disclaimer

While I endeavour to help you get your child sleeping through the night and napping well (where applicable), I cannot guarantee that the customised sleep solution will work for all children.

The likelihood of success for your child to be sleeping successfully is significantly enhanced by following the recommended sleep solutions constructed for your child. Not following the plan or implementing only certain components will stall or inhibit success. It is crucial to the success of the program that all family members and caregivers follow the customized sleep plan.

Credit Card Authorisation

I/we authorise Calm Nights to charge my/our credit card for the agreed upon purchases.

 

Exclusion/Limitation Of Liability

Hayley Laidlow / Calm Nights does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided.  Hayley Laidlow’s liability (if any) is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to Calm Nights and in no event will Hayley Laidlow OR Calm Nights be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.
